3. Service Description

Questionee.ai is an AI-driven writing assistant that asks you targeted questions about your needs before generating content, ensuring you receive tailored output that aligns with your intent.

We use Vercel Analytics to collect aggregate usage metrics to improve performance and user experience. No personally identifiable information is captured by analytics.

4. User Obligations

Lawful Use: You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and not to upload or generate any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing on third-party rights.
Prohibited Content: Content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or violates privacy rights is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, documentation, and content (excluding user-generated content), are owned by or licensed to Questionee.ai. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of any content you provide or generate using the Service. By submitting or generating content, you grant Questionee.ai a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely to provide and improve the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London for any disputes.
